CXA - Electrical Cupboards and Meter Readings: Updated: 03 August 2019
Presently, as in the past, only authorised personnel will be given access to the electrical cupboards throughout the CXA complex.
If you require a meter reading, the please contact the offices of Freehold Management Services Ltd and ask to speak to the maintenance department.
It is intended for the FMS Maintenance Team to take requested meter readings once a week on a Monday.
Cost for meter reading:
Leaseholders: Free (Once per quarter).
Letting Agents: £5.00 & Vat. (Additional meter readings on the same day, please add a further £1.50 & Vat).
Tenants: £5.00 & Vat.
Invoices for your records will be raised and the bank details for payments is as follows:
