CXA - Cleaning Routines: Updated: 03 August 2019
Whilst not necessary classed as "Urgent" under the Tribunal's directions for the interim management of Charles Cross Apartments, I have however, made the decision to temporarily have the building cleaned as follows:
Once every two weeks: Cleaning / hoovering of all the foyers.
Once a month: A full clean of the building.
Weekly: A full clean of the Bin Stores.
Daily: Bin change under the bin chutes.
These routines will be continually reviewed and this post updated accordingly.
