The information that will be made available to you via this Portal will be:
- AGM Agenda / Minutes.
- Buildings Insurance Details.
- Company House Information.
- Financial Information (Leaseholder / Client Account / Budgets / Financial Overviews).
- General client forms and documents.
- General / Useful Information.
- Important Notices.
- Maintenance Schedules.
- Risk Assessments.
- Property Inspection Reports.
- Property Photographs.
Please note that the financial reports are only updated once a month, after having reconciled the monthly bank statement(s) and are generally published to the Portal on or around the 25th of each month.
To register for an account on the FMS Portal, please go to the FMS Portal Login box, click on “Create an account” and follow the instructions.
Please also note maintenance issues may also be reported via our website under the Maintenance menu, which will allow you as a Director / Leaseholder to report, update and track issues.
