COVID-19

COVID-19

Updated:  4th June 2020

In view of the latest Government guidelines, it is my intention to reopen my offices from Monday 15th June 2020.

Initially, it will be a limited team presence at the offices, with a percentage of my staff remaining to work from home. I will continue to review this on a regular basis.

I do believe this pandemic is with us for an awful long time and social distancing measures will need to remain being enforced.  Therefore, please do not visit my offices, unless it is deemed a priority / emergency and please where possible continue to communicate with the FMS team via telephone, letter or email.

If you do visit my offices (priority / emergency) and preferably by appointment, please ensure you read all the relevant notices posted and to follow the guidance of my staff with regards to social distancing, sanitising and any other precautions we may wish you to take for the safety of you our client and that of my staff.

Until it is safe to do so, there will be no scheduled face to face meetings in my offices and in the meantime, we encourage any requirement for such meetings to be conducted online making full use of MS Teams or Zoom. Please contact me for further information.

Thank you for your understanding in these continued strange times.  Please remain well and safe.

Kind regards,

Don Gerrard

Firstly and more importantly, I hope you are all well and managing to cope in these very strange and worrying times.

I am pleased to be able to report that the FMS team have now settled down well to their new working environments whilst being at home and I would say we are at 75% capacity of our normal services.

Whilst my staff are primarily dealing with matters of an urgent nature, should you have an urgent need to contact my office staff, I have made the following key personnel available:

01752 603900:  Don Gerrard (General) & Pat Hendy (Maintenance).

020 3289 6803: Anne Johnson (General / Sales / Insurance) & Ian Chapman (Accounts / Legal).

Messages for other members of staff will be passed on as required.

Remain safe and well.

Kind regards,

Don Gerrard

Update:  24th March 2020

Please bear with the FMS team whilst we get used to working from our homes.  We have encountered many issues through this process, but are working hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible.  Your understanding and continued support is greatly appreciated by all at FMS.  We feel confident by week commencing Monday 30th March 2020, we will be operating at a 75% capacity with regards to the services you would normally expect to receive from us and as time goes on, we will hopefully get back to a near normal operating practices, whilst working under the imposed restrictions as deemed necessary by the Government.

If you are leaseholder who is feeling isolated, worried, need urgent supplies or just want to talk someone, then please do not hesitate to call us on our emergency number which can be found below. If you are worried about future financial affairs, such as service charge demands, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our hardest to workout a plan or come to some kind of financial arrangement.

On the maintenance front, please for the time being, only report urgent / emergency issues.

Emails:  Again, please refrain from emailing the team about non-urgent matters, whilst my team are working hard to respond to the more urgent matters.

Remain safe and well.

Kind regards,

Don Gerrard

My staff will be receiving emails during this close period and will deal with them in priority order and I would kindly ask that non-urgent matters be delayed until the current situation returns to normal.
